Cracking Sound ( IRQ ? )

I hear a very irratating cracking sound when I listen to music ( All music files mp3 wma and so on ).

The Cracking sound comes only when I play music and start programs at the same time ( only when the CPU is working ) .

I suspect it´s a IRQ problem. I have my modem, networkcard and Sounddriver on the same IRQ number ( see below ).

I have the latest Sound drivers so that´s not the problem, it´s more complicated than that

My computer is a P3 1000 and 256 RAM ( LapTop).
