Hejsan!

 

Jag har en Acer E1-571G-53236G75Mnks och tänkte testa BackTrack 5 R3.

 

Men den hittar inte mitt nätverkskort och Acer har inga drivers som man kan tanka ner på deras hemsida. 

 

 

Har letat och letat men utan resultat, Någon som har tips på hur man ska gå till väga för att få fungeranade nätverkskort ( både för lan och wlan)

 

 

Mitt trådlösa nätverkskort: Intel Centrino Wireless-N 105

Hur är det med drivrutinerna på Broadcoms webbsida?

Notera att det gäller "Broadcom's NetLink Ethernet controllers: 5781, 5786, 5787, 5788, 5789".

 

Drivrutiner gäller för alla program i datorn, så om du kan surfa via nätverkskorten så är drivrutinerna redan installerade och problemet är något annat.

Hade nätverkskabeln ansluten under installationen? Detta rekommenderas nämligen vid installation av linux för att eventuella saknade drivare skall kunna hämtas. Annars brukar de flesta drivare finnas i installationspaketet i de flesta linuxdistributionerna.

Drivrutinen tg3 borde ingå i kärnan. Vad ger kommandot: lsmod | grep tg3? Om modulen inte är ladda försök med insmod tg3 eller modprobe tg3. Kan du posta vad ifconfig ger?
