0,03mbit upload med windows 7

Hej!

 

Jag har ett minst sagt jobbigt problem!

Jag har installerat windows 7 x64pro.Jag körde Vista x64 innan utan problem men nu kan jag alltså inte ladda upp varken bilder eller något.Körde flera TP test och 0,03mbit var bästa resultatet.Har annars 0,8mbit med Vista!

Nerladdning har jag 8mbit som i Vista!

Går inte att ladda upp i något program eller sida,Utorrent,MSN,Facebook ja allt!

 

Har testat att ominstallera 2 gånger nu,Har senaste drivrutinerna till nätverkskortet

(Realtek nåt)

 

Börjar undra om det är brandväggen som stoppar mina utgående anslutningar helt?

Testade NOD32 och formaterade om,nu kör jag windows essentials utan resultat!

 

Jag blir galen!Varför funkar det i Vista men inte i WIN7?

Testade att installera Vista igen dessutom enbart för att kolla och det fungerade prima!

Har testat bägge nätverksportarna!

Min router funkar som den ska!Speciella inställningar för windows 7?

Att en nyare version av Windows fungerar sämre än den gamla är mycket vanligt och välkänt i branschen, lägg märke till "traditionsenliga rapporterna".

Jag har personligen upplevt det 5 gånger under 15 år med Windows.

Så vad göra:

Alt1) Finns det servicepack till W7 ladda hem och installera det.

Finns det inget servicepack till W7 återgå till Vista och gör ett nytt försök när servicepack till W7 kommit.

 

Alt2) Avinstallera nätverkschipets drivare i Windows. Starta om datorn och stäng av nätverkschipen i BIOS. Stäng av datorn, och på din vanliga ESD skyddade arbetsplats #

montera in ett "noname" PCI nätverkskort med RTL8139 10/100Mbit/s nätverkschip, ett standardchip.

Kan hjälpa. Tom XP har inbyggda fungerande drivare till 8139

 

(du har nog 2 nätverksutgångar på moderkortet, har du provat byta utgång efter installation av W7?).

Hittade dock problemet efter att jag suttit och pillat på allt som har med nätverk att göra i Windows!

 

Jag var tvungen att Tvinga fram 10mbit full duplex i nätverkskortets inställningar.Den stod på Automatisk indentifiering och tydligen tycktes detta påverka uppladdningshastigheten negativt!Jag inaktiverade dessutom (Avsluta wake-on-LAN)och det kan vara den inställingen som gjorde tricket,Dock tror jag mer på den andra inställningen!?

 

Så är det någon som har samma problem så kanske detta kan vara värt att prova,Andra saker som tycks påverka just laddhastigheterna är NOD32.Dom lär nog fixat det problemet idag?!
