.aspx sidor funkar ej på IIS men vanliga .asp gör.

Det är så att jag inte kan få ASP .NET sidor att visas på min WEbbserver. Jag kör XPs IIS 5.1. Men när jag kör mina sidor som är skrivna i gamla ASP (.asp) så funkar de utmärkt men kör jag ASP .NET sidor (.aspx). Jag får meddelandet:

Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Vad har jag gjort fel? Jag har .NET Framework installerat.

aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is 80004005. This error can be caused when the worker process account has insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files.
