csgo 60 hz vs 144 hz

Jag har en fråga som kanske är rätt dum, men kan man se skillnad mellan en 60 hz skärm och en 144 hz skärm när man spelar spel som CSGO och tick på servern är 60? 

Jag vet att man kan spela faceit och liknande och då är Tick 120? Påverkar tick kvaliten skärmen kan levera eller ej?
